* Students typically get 2 sets of scrubs.

* Scrubs can be any brand or style.

* White tops and purple (Grape) pants are required.

* The SFA Nursing logo embroidered on the left sleeve is required.

* Students have the option of getting a white jacket with the logo.

* Career Uniforms has a variety of white tops and grape pants in stock, and we embroider the logos.

* If the item you want is not in stock, we can order it for you.

* You can bring in your tops and jackets to be embroidered.

* 2nd Semester students are required to have a Psych Shirt..

* The Psych Shirt must be the approved brand and style, and includes a left chest embroidered logo.

* Students usually need the Psych Shirt by the 2nd or 3rd week of class.

* The Psych Shirts are ordered, they are NOT kept in stock. Please order yours early to get it in time. 

* Please come in to the Nac store to place your order so you can try on sizes.

* The Psych Shirt with the logo is $22.99 (XS-XL). Add $2 for 2XL.

* Career Uniforms will be on campus August 20-21 for students to try on sizes and place orders.

* If you are not a financial aid student, please be prepared to pay when you place your order. We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.

* If you are a financial aid student, we will provide you with 2 copies of your financial aid form when you place your order..

* Please take your forms to the bookstore IMMEDIATELY. They will process your financial aid and give you a stamped copy of your form. 

* Please sign the the stamped copy of the form and return it immediately to Career Uniforms. Your order will NOT be processed until Career Uniforms receives your signed and stamped form.

* VA students, please pay up front. The VA will eventually reimburse you.

* Workforce students will bring your financial aid form to your Workforce office. Workforce will issue a purchase order. Students must sign the the purchase order and return it to Career Uniforms. Your order will NOT be processed until Career Uniforms receives your signed purchase order.

* If necessary, you can drop your stamped form into a drop-box at the Nursing School office.

* 2 scrub sets and 1 jacket are suggested. Embroidered logos are required on tops and jackets.
